    Helps individuals and families solve personal and family problems using special knowledge of social resources, human capabilities, and the part that motivation plays. Applies social work theory, knowledge, methods, and ethics to restore social functioning of individuals, couples, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Under supervision, may include the practices reserved for clinical social workers. Psychotherapy is not within the scope of practice.
